Gensol is an EPS/Engineering, Procurement, Service firm specializing in the implementation, utlilization, and expansion of solar power installations as a clean and renewable source of energy.
Gensol, LLC was founded in 2009 as the result of a consulting contract for the building of 3 PV power plants totaling 21 MW (12.6MW and 7.4MW land structures and 1MW roof structure on farm houses).
A growing demand for complete solutions and turn-key land and building integration projects required a rapid adjustment by Gensol to an evolving environment. Close cooperation with major photovoltaic manufacturers in China, USA and Gemany allowed for the rapid expansion of our company.
Our enthusiastic team of renewable energy experts has vast experience in photovoltaic technology and its applications, backed by major PV manufacturers. We strongly believe there is a way to become less dependent on our petroleum resource before it is completely depleted.
ENGINEERING
The pre-construction planning phase of a project ensures high-quality results.
During planning phases we:
· Establish detailed construction schedules highlighting all activities, including purchasing, fabrication, and on-site construction details.
· Coordinate the implementation of all project activities.
· Prepare and facilitate subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
BUSINESS ANALYSIS
Complete initial photovoltaic analysys using local historical data as a base for estimating PV power plant output and construction cost evaluation, providing the customer with quick ROI (return on investment) projections.
DOCUMENTATION
Drawing documentation for PVE building permits, preparation all nescassary legislative procedures, including fillings for power grid connection and applications for FIT (Feed in Tarrif) request for government contract and other incentives programs.
DC/AC DESIGN
For each project, we carefully select and work closely with professionals to provide a detailed electrical design. For DC, this includes string design for module layout, electrical cabling, and controling junction boxes to either central or small inverters. For AC, this includes transformators and cabling up to power grid connection
